Participation in the Training Camp México 2026 at ITESO has a recovery cost. Registration is done individually or by team of 3 members.

OFFICIAL TEAMS

Teams with ICPC 2026-2027 composition

If you are competing with the same composition as in the ICPC México 2026-2027 cycle, register on the ITESO site as Official Teams. Only contestants register; one of them takes the role of contestant-coach. If the coach attends and wishes to register, they must pay the individual fee and register as co-coach (we recommend they join the Masters México 2026).

INVITED TEAMS

Teams with alternate composition

If you are competing with a different composition from the official cycle, register on the ITESO site as Invited Teams. Only contestants register; one of them takes the role of contestant-coach.

INDIVIDUAL

Individual contestants

If you are attending individually, register as a one-person team on the ITESO site as Invited Teams. That member takes the role of contestant-coach. At the start of TCMX2026, teams will be formed with other individual contestants.

Register on ICPC Global

Registration is now open. Go to the ICPC Global portal and register for the TCMX 2027 event.

  • Don't forget to sync your ICPC account with your Codeforces account: go to your Profile on icpc.global and make this connection in the Social tab.
  • Specify the division the team will compete in and the division each member will participate in. Fields for this have been added at both the personal and team level.

File request

  • If you have made payments at ITESO before —under your name or your institution's—, your file number stays the same.
  • If you need an invoice: send your updated Tax Status Certificate to the Telegram account @Gabriela_Lamas. This will generate your reference number (file) for billing.
  • If you do NOT need an invoice, use the generic file number 700703 with verifier digit 108.
  • Once you complete this step through any of the options above, you can move on to step 3.

Make the payment

Once you have your file number, you can make the payment via bank transfer (CIE) or Pago Express. If registering as a team, payment must be made in a single installment.

Transfer notes

From your bank's portal, select INTERBANK PAYMENT (PAGO INTERBANCARIO) with CLABE 012914002000800120. In the payment concept, enter the student's or client's file number, including the verifier digit, with no spaces or hyphens.

PAYMENT CONCEPT: nnnnnnnnn (where nnnnnnnnn = file number including verifier digit)

If the issuing bank's portal strictly requires a reference number, enter 80012. If it is not a required field, leave it blank.

Through Bancomer

From the BBVA Bancomer portal, payment is made via "Pago de Servicios" (Service Payment): select CIE agreement 80012 and, in the reference field, enter the file number and verifier digit (no spaces or hyphens).

Confirmation

Send the payment receipt to the same Telegram account (@Gabriela_Lamas). Then also send it by email to guillot@icpcmexico.org to validate your registration and secure your spot.

Policies & Billing Notes

  • VAT: ITESO is an Authorized Donatary; income does not generate VAT.
  • Request: Send your reference to facturacion@iteso.mx.
  • Expenses: Payment does NOT include accommodation, transportation, or off-agenda expenses. We recommend the listed partner hotels.
  • Status: The change from "Pending" to "Accepted" occurs after validating the payment of all members.
  • Changes: To add or remove members, notify guillot@icpcmexico.org before payment. "Accepted" teams cannot add members.
  • Roles: If you have multiple roles, the lowest applicable fee applies.
