Yes. Division assignment is per participant, not per team. If sessions run in parallel, each member can attend their corresponding division. If a session has limited capacity, staff may request adjustments to maintain balance.
Yes, a certificate of participation will be issued.
Yes, coaches are welcome. They must register by paying the participant fee. Once registered, they can notify us manually that they will attend as a coach so they are not included in the contests.
Invitation letters will be sent by email. If any issue arises with the registration, you will also be notified by email. We recommend checking your spam folder and, if nothing arrives within a reasonable time, writing to us from the Contact page.
No, there will be no designated official hotel for this edition.
